DESCRIPTION:On Public Run Days\, Riverside Live Steamers “pulls the public”. Come down to the railroad for a real\, live steam train experience! Trains run from 10:00am to 3:00 pm every second and fourth Sunday of the month.   There is no fee to ride the train\, but your generous cash donation is greatly appreciated! \n\n\n\n* To provide train rides for the guests waiting in line before the railroad closes at 3:00pm\, it may be necessary to close the Station at 2:00pm. \n\n\n\nThe railroad will be operating Eastbound Outside Loop configuration.  \n\n\n\nAre you interested in a private train for your birthday party? DESCRIPTION:The third Saturday of the month is when RLS gets to work! It’s a lot of work keeping a railroad maintained and RLS members do all of that work! From 8am to noon work on the track\, clubhouse\, steaming bays\, storage buildings\, ect. is performed. Then at noon lunch is served to the workers and the monthly board meeting is held at 1pm. All members are welcome and their effort is greatly appreciated! \n\n\n\nAre you interested in working on the Riverside Live Steamers railroad\, but aren’t a member? Contact the Webmaster or a club member during one of our public run days and ask how you can get involved! Our club also welcomes members of other clubs to join us at our railroad and operate their live steam trains with us! Just remember: steam powered trains only. \n\n\n\nFor more details about bringing your live steam engine to our club for this event please contact the webmaster. \n\n\n\nThis event is for members and their guests. Public rides are not given during the event except on Sunday April 23rd. We will provide public rides at Hunter Station\, located on Columbia Ave. as it is our normal public run day.
